Everything! Beginning with my belief that you are NOT the nicotine junky you thought you were. Nicotine is not the problem and I can prove it! Yes, you heard me right.

But, I'm addicted to nicotine!

That's what you have been told for 50 years. In fact, EVERY stop smoking program you have tried has promised to help you overcome your dependence on nicotine. A chemical that medical experts have said for over 20 years is out of your system in 72 hours.
What if nicotine wasn't the real problem when you are trying to quit? What if you were a behavior junky? What if a whopping big habit pattern was the problem? What if the difficulty in quitting was overcoming your years of practice and the hundreds of daily trips to the mouth? What if your cigarette was connected to your everyday events? Would that make a difference in HOW you quit?   IT SURE WOULD!

I also believed hypnosis was the best solution to solve your oversize habit problem. Both turned out to be true. I know it, but you'll need to be convinced and that's what these pages are all about. I want you to be smarter about how you quit, I want you to question everything you ever heard about nicotine addiction. I want you to realize the habit plays the major role in your difficulty quitting. Not because I said so but because I pointed out what you already knew about your own habit. My program isn't for dummies. I'm going to help you re-think everything you though you knew about your so-called smoking addiction. If you don't want your mind changed, this isn't the program for you. But, don't be scared, realizing what you already knew, won't hurt a bit. I promise.
Here is one example of why I don't think you are a nicotine addict.
For over forty years the smoker has been offered every method of getting the nicotine monkey off their back. You could get your nicotine fix from pills, patches, inhalers, candy and gum. You could taper down, cold turkey, endure vitamin injections in your face, receive laser beams, pop anti-depressants and opiate blockers or chew on toothpicks.
You may have tried all of the above and still found yourself nervous, crabby and eating like you had a tape worm. With all that help to overcome your nicotine dependence, why wasn't it easier to quit? How come you fell off the wagon so easily?

Hypnosis!  Why Hypnosis?

Because, it's the only help you can get for your HABIT. As far back as you can remember, you have heard of hypnosis being used for cigarette smoking. There is a good reason. In every study that compared smoking cessation programs, hypnosis always came in number one. It's a tool that has been around for 150 years and still the most effective way to quit. If hypnosis is used properly! Meaning, on the habit.

Hypnosis and your supersized habit problem.

For over thirty years at the Palmer Smoking Clinic, I have used hypnosis to work on the hundreds of trips to the mouth each day and the thousands of smoking haunts the smoker develops during their smoking career. When you focus on the habit as your primary goal in quitting, smokers quit more easily and more comfortably than anything else they have tried, without weight gain or becoming a grouch. Important? To my clients it is.
Tip: When you pick a hypnotist, it's smart to look for someone with special expertise and knowledge in this area and over 30 years of experience wouldn't hurt either.

My session is an hour and a half and I take you through the hypnosis twice in that same session. My music program and subliminal messaging process is found nowhere else. If you are apprehensive or think you can't be hypnotized, you'll quickly find out there is nothing scary or difficult about my hypnosis process. Plus, for your protection and mine, all hypnosis sessions are digitally recorded.
 Nobody else offers all that!

How successful is the program?

For decades my success rate has been over 90%, requiring between 1 and 3 sessions, with most clients needing only the first session to quit. A private, 1 1/2 hour, individual session at the clinic is the best bargain in town at $250.

What you won't be subjected to are ugly lung stories or lectures on the demon weed, that's not my style. I'm an expert in hypnosis (see Palmer's Bio) that also happens to work with smokers, I'm not on a mission from God to preach the evils of tobacco.
