1. The
INDIVIDUAL SMOKING PROGRAM: @ $225.00
1 1/2 hours
The original, the best, one-on-one program. Everything about the
process is explained and you are taken through the hypnosis twice, in
the same visit. The most effective way to quit. ($35.00 deposit required
to hold your appointment time)
Shared Programs
2. TWO-GETHER SMOKING PROGRAM: ($140.00 each) 1 1/2 hours
The original program but you share the appointment with a
friend. It's not like group hypnosis in a room with strangers. You go through the process with someone you know. It helps with the cost
and the camaraderie of quitting together can be invaluable. You are
taken through the hypnosis twice in the same visit. (deposit required
for each person)
3. THREE AT A TIME PROGRAM: @ ($110.00 each) or
FOUR AT A TIME: ($95.00
each)
You'll need a few other smokers for this one. But a small group helps
with the cost, you're among friends and you still get the same great
program. ($35.00 deposit required for each person)
If you fall off the wagon...
Smokers fall off the wagon and I'm pleased to say, it's not because
the hypnosis stopped working one day. Smokers fall off the wagon for a
variety of dumb reasons. (That's what they tell me!) The good news is,
it's easy to put you back on the wagon once you have gone through the
program.
4. RETURN VISIT: @ $110.00 ( Twice
through the hypnosis.)
Taking you through the hypnosis twice in the same visit has always
been a unique feature of the Palmer Smoking Clinic. For so many reasons,
it's the best way to do it. It's just like the first session but without
the explanation that you are already familiar with. For some of my
return clients it's been years since they went through the hypnosis the
first time and going through the process twice is a good refresher.
5. RETURN VISIT: @ $85.00 (Once through the hypnosis.)
If you have been to see me fairly recently, you usually need only
the once through on a return visit.
I STILL MAKE HOUSE CALLS!
HOUSE CALLS: Yes, I can bring my
stop-smoking program to you. From years of working with house
bound clients, I can make my program portable. If you feel more
comfortable in your own home, call and setup an appointment for yourself
and your friends. Cost for a home visit (same 1 1/2 hour program as in
the office) begins at $450.00 for a individual session, if within less
than an hour driving time from my office (Palos Hills, IL.).There is a
$50.00 extra charge for longer distances and a $50.00 charge for each
additional participant or observer. Morning and
afternoon visits available.
Company and Group Smoking Programs
Corporate and Group Smoking Seminars at your location begin at $1600.00
for up to 30 people, in the Chicago area. Call for outside of the

Weight Control
Weight Control: $275.00 Includes 2
Office Visits, plus a CD of the second session so you can keep
the program working. Very effective program that works with real food. It's not another diet! I also offer
a shared program for weight control for 2, 3 or 4 clients. See the

ALL OTHER HYPNOSIS PROGRAMS
$250.00 and include a
custom CD to help you continue working with the program.

For years I have been asked if I had a clinic in any other city or
if I could recommend someone in their area. Sorry, but the only place to
get my programs is at the Palmer Clinic. I now offer my hypnosis
programs other than my smoking program to anyone in the civilized world.
Instead of an office visit, I will arrange an interview with you either

Guarantees?
I offer no phony guarantees. I don't have any fine print.
Like any professional service you are paying for the time and the
expertise. But more important, each smoker is different and their
motivation to quit is different. Most of my clients would smoke their
brains out, if there wasn't a health issue or the social stigma. Smokers smoke because they
like it and quit for other reasons. The long history of smokers
quitting, no matter what method, is they fall off the wagon, and often
at the least provocation. I am trying to help you beat that trend.
Plus, hypnosis is a new experience for most. I've seen it take
between one and three sessions to quit with most of my clients needing
only the first session. I'll do the best job I can but you have to
follow the directions and not pick them up on a whim.
Deposit?
NOTE: Because some smokers change their mind about quitting after they
make an appointment and don't let me know, a $35.00 deposit per person
will be asked for any first visit. The deposit may be mailed (check or money
order) or Visa/MasterCard over the phone. Refundable with 24 hours notice. Missed
appointments and same day cancellations are billed at $35.00 per person.
For you protection and mine, all hypnosis sessions are digitally
recorded.
